Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical and financial advisory services to clients in treasury management, using digital solutions, short-term financing, and sustainable transactional products * Identify and generate new business opportunities through client advisory * Plan and conduct sectoral brainstorming analyses to detect new growth opportunities jointly with Bankers and Product Specialists * Plan and conduct tailor\-made client analyses to detect new growth opportunities, deepen understanding of the client’s growth strategy and treasury management, jointly with Bankers and Product Specialists * Deliver client pitches on Sustainable Transactional Products, featuring sector or geographic success cases, accompanied by a Banker and Product Specialist, to identify new sustainable opportunities under the CIB Framework * Advise clients on structuring their CIB Sustainable Products Framework aligned with their growth plans * Deliver customized pitches on Sustainable Factoring based on each client’s sustainability strategy * Structure the Use of Proceeds or Sustainability-Linked approach using our proprietary methodology aligned with the client’s supply chain management * Coordinate with Cash Promotion and SCF teams on supplier segmentation within the Sustainability-Linked approach, whether using the client’s methodology * Provide specialized advisory focused on supplier segmentation and scoring based on sustainability criteria (questionnaires, circular economy, payer methodology, industry, etc.) * Implement communication strategies/events with clients to position Sustainable Factoring as the primary financial tool for reducing Scope 3 emissions * Implement commercial analytics to deepen client understanding and identify new growth opportunities * Promote the use of ESG data in tools such as Standard \& Poors / Sustainalytics * Coordinate with the Peru CoE to identify key available databases and propose new commercial analytics projects for implementation by the Head GTB Peru * Implement initiatives/actions to ensure knowledge and understanding of sustainability data **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields * Experience in financial analysis, consulting, research, commercial strategy, among others * Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and utilize data for decision-making * Consulting mindset: structure problems and propose clear solutions * Knowledge of commercial intelligence tools (LookerStudio, Quicksight, Power BI, etc.), Google Suite (Sheets, Presentation, Sites, etc.), and Artificial Intelligence (Chat GPT and Gemini) \- English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
