Design of process flows and solution proposals (functional UX) Job Description We are seeking a Functional Analyst with experience in Java development and mobile applications, capable of gathering requirements directly from clients, defining functional solutions, and actively participating in development and implementation. Responsibilities * Gather and analyze functional requirements directly with clients * Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications * Write user stories, use cases, and functional documentation * Design process flows and solution proposals (functional UX) * Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-up, review, retrospective) * Develop and maintain Java applications (backend and web) * Participate in the development or support of mobile applications * Develop and integrate web services (REST/SOAP) * Coordinate with the technical team to ensure correct implementation * Conduct functional testing and user validation * Provide production incident support and follow-up Requirements * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of Java development experience (web environment) * Experience with Java frameworks (Spring, MyBatis; Spring Boot) * Knowledge of web development (JavaScript, jQuery, React) * Knowledge of web service development (REST and/or SOAP) * Proficiency in MySQL and/or SQL Server databases * Knowledge of microservices architecture (preferred) * Experience or knowledge in mobile development (Android, Flutter, or others) * Experience with React and React Native * Experience gathering requirements from clients * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Proficiency with tools such as Jira or similar * Knowledge of process modeling * Basic understanding of UX/UI Work Modality * Hybrid: In Lima Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.10\.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you live? * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have experience with React and React Native? * Do you have Java development experience?
