Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** * Receive and address general customer inquiries and requests. * Receive and process instruction letters, as well as customer complaints for immediate handling (according to their complexity). * Evaluate and process promissory note discount schedules. * Receive requests for issuing and delivering checkbooks, including their cleansing; likewise, certify checks and modify their status. * Update the database according to customer requests. * Safeguard and deliver valuable documents to safe deposit box holders. * Receive letters and diskettes for payroll payment processing. * Receive deposits with own checks and checks from other banks. * Process BCR transfers up to S/.200 000\.00\. * Handle telephone calls. * Open current accounts, savings accounts, and term deposits. * Manage signatures and powers of attorney for opening current accounts for legal entities. * Perform other duties assigned by the Deputy General Manager / Customer Service Manager. * Query, register, and modify syndicated loans. * Perform other duties assigned by the team leader and drive continuous improvement of the role. * Create valuation requests in Nacar, create and track them in the SAX system, request updates to guarantee values in 3270, and communicate status and resolution to the executive/specialist. * Enter Bastanteo requests into Fast Track and follow up on them, communicating results to the executive/specialist throughout the process.
