




Job Summary: We are seeking a project collaborator to support offer preparation, determine pricing and timelines, and select tenders to bid on. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate on projects and train in basic techniques. 2. Responsible for preparing offers to clients. 3. You are responsible for preparing the offers the company submits to its clients. You determine the price and timeline for executing the work—key elements that become contractual obligations binding the company throughout the entire execution and final settlement of the work. You must immediately identify all tenders issued in the market within the company’s field of activity and select those to bid on. **Candidate Requirements** FUNCTIONS * Collect, organize, and consolidate the technical, administrative, and financial information required to prepare offers. * Prepare templates, comparative tables, and supporting documents for proposals. * Verify that all documentation complies with client requirements, tender bases, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate with technical, operational, and administrative departments to obtain relevant information for offers. * Update databases, templates, and documentation repositories for the offers department. * Monitor submission deadlines and maintain an updated control of all ongoing proposals. * Draft letters, declarations, and other formal documents requested in tender processes. * Verify the validity of required corporate documents (certifications, financial statements, RUC, powers of attorney, etc.). * Support physical or digital submission of offers, ensuring correct dispatch and registration. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
