Training and mentoring At **Alvarez Arbulu Asesores**, a company dedicated to marketing real estate projects in Peru, we are seeking a person with **strong communication skills, initiative, and commercial orientation** to join our team. **What will be your mission?** Contact individuals interested in investing in real estate projects, briefly understand their profile, and **schedule meetings with our sales advisors**. **You will not be required to close sales.** Your primary role will be to generate business opportunities and secure qualified meetings. Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to interested prospects. * Generate interest and identify needs. * Qualify potential clients. * Schedule meetings with the sales team. * Record information and track progress in our CRM. * Follow up on assigned prospects. What do we offer? * **S/ 565 monthly** as professional fees. * **S/ 7 for each qualified meeting attended by the prospect.** * **0.5% commission on each sale** closed as a result of your scheduled meetings. * **100% remote work.** * Training and mentoring. * Access to CRM, database, and work tools. * International phone line and WhatsApp Business. * Opportunity for growth within the sales team.
