Job Summary: We are seeking a Cost and Productivity Analyst to analyze costs, capacity, productivity, and profitability, transforming data into key information for decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. At **Incaltex S.R.L.**, an industrial company in the textile/manufacturing sector, we are looking for a **Cost and Productivity Analyst**, responsible for analyzing production costs, productive capacity, productivity, and profitability of our operations. We seek an analytical, organized, and results-oriented individual capable of transforming production, procurement, inventory, and sales information into actionable insights for corporate decision-making. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain up-to-date product-level production costs. * Determine unit manufacturing cost and its main components. * Analyze raw material, labor, energy, maintenance, and other indirect costs. * Calculate theoretical and actual productive capacity of machines and personnel. * Analyze productivity per machine, operator, shift, and process. * Identify downtime, stoppages, losses, and improvement opportunities. * Develop production, cost, and productivity KPIs. * Analyze break-even points and contribution margins of products. * Monitor variances between budgeted and actual costs. * Analyze cost variances and determine their root causes. * Prepare reports and dashboards for management. * Generate insights to support pricing and profitability decisions. * Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Accounting, and Sales to validate data. * Maintain updated databases used for analysis. * Propose improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity. Requirements: * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or technical diploma in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in cost analysis, production, productivity, or industrial analysis. * Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. * Proficiency in pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, and report development. * Knowledge of industrial costing and cost structures. * Ability to interpret production and inventory data. * Willingness to work on-site and engage directly with the production department. Desirable: * Experience in textile, footwear, or manufacturing companies. * Familiarity with Starsoft or other ERP systems. * Proficiency in Power BI. * Knowledge of SQL. * Experience developing productivity KPIs. * Understanding of costing methodologies and profitability analysis.
