Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze data, develop dashboards, monitor processes, and propose improvements in an analytical role. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent work environment and ongoing training. **Responsibilities** * Analyze, clean, and validate databases to ensure data quality and integrity. * Develop dashboards and management indicators for process monitoring and decision-making. * Monitor processes, measure operational metrics, and address incidents related to data quality. * Prepare reports and provide analytical support to Operations, Contact Center, SSC, and Commercial departments. * Propose improvements and automation solutions to optimize processes through data analysis. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in data analysis, data quality, or similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of SQL and Access. Intermediate Python (desirable). * Knowledge of data analysis, Big Data, dashboards, management indicators, and process mapping.
