Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities** * Request and manage updated information on balance sheets, income statements, company structure, shareholders, executives, and other documents from clients for subsequent * risk assessment. * Obtain information regarding competitors, suppliers, payment methods, credits, etc. * Conduct market analysis, projections, productive performance, sales, granted credits, etc. * Analyze the client's position within the financial system, responsibility toward the Bank, etc. * Present the preliminary Financial Program to the Promoter Executive for respective validation. * Address client inquiries regarding project activation (evaluation, credit terms, disbursement handling, issuance of letters of guarantee), rates, coordinating with the Promoter * Executive. * Manage signatures and powers of attorney for opening clients' guarantee accounts. * Maintain the commercial file, contacts, and database up to date and organized. * In the absence of Operational Assistants, create and enter guarantee accounts for promoter clients. * Work synergistically with the Promoter team to ensure achievement of their KPIs: promoter billing, activated projects and housing units, finalist billing, income from Letter of Guarantee and Structuring commissions, and Single File. * Consult the finalist client in bank tools to validate pre-sales, guarantees, and letters of guarantee. * Request rates and commissions to support the executive in various operations. * Other duties assigned by the leader and drive continuous improvement of the role. **Requirements** * Completed university studies in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in commercial areas or commercial support teams within the financial sector. * Ability to analyze financial statements and understand risk profiles. * Knowledge of credit proposal structuring (highly valued). * Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint skills (preparation of reports and executive presentations). * Basic knowledge of legal regulations applicable to the sector. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
