Work Modality: * Field work (Callao and Cono Norte) * Home Office * In-person work in Barranco (every Thursday) * Temporary work for 1 or 2 months, depending on performance and number of hires. Responsibilities: * Mass and operational recruitment and selection. * Sourcing personnel for operational positions, warehouse staff, and customer service roles. * Building and managing a candidate database. * Conducting fieldwork across various zones of Lima. Requirements: * Experience in mass and operational recruitment. * Experience recruiting warehouse, operator, or customer service profiles. * Availability to perform fieldwork. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Having a candidate database will be considered an advantage. Important: If you maintain an active candidate database and achieve strong hiring results, you may work remotely (Home Office) without needing to attend field assignments.
