At Stefanini, we are more than 30,000 geniuses connected from 41 countries, doing what we love and co-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** ROLE OBJECTIVE Maintain and support existing integrations between PeopleSoft, .NET applications, CRM Dynamics, and other systems, ensuring uninterrupted, continuous data flow across platforms without disruptions affecting critical business processes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Proactive monitoring and support of existing integrations (PeopleSoft .NET, PeopleSoft CRM, etc.) * Resolution of errors in integration processes (file transfers, APIs, web services, batch jobs) * Detailed log analysis and troubleshooting of failed interfaces * Retries and reprocessing of failed integrations with data integrity validation * Maintenance and improvement of ETL and batch job integration processes * Validation of data synchronization between systems (reconciliations and audits) * Development of minor enhancements to existing interfaces (mappings, transformations, business rules) * Detailed documentation of integration flows and support procedures * Coordination with .NET, PeopleSoft, and CRM teams for joint troubleshooting * Proactive alerts on integration issues before they impact critical processes * Performance tuning of slow or inefficient interfaces **Requirements and Qualifications** TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS * Minimum experience: 4–5 years in enterprise system integrations * ERP Integrations: Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Application Messaging (highly desirable) * APIs and Web Services: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON — proven hands-on experience in development and troubleshooting * ETL/Middleware: Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Talend, Informatica) or middleware platforms * Databases: Advanced SQL (SQL Server, Oracle) for validations, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting * Scripting: PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting for automation and monitoring * .NET: Knowledge of C# and .NET APIs for integration troubleshooting (desirable) * File-based integrations: Experience with SFTP, file drops, and formats CSV/XML/JSON * Tools: SOAPUI/Postman for API testing, monitoring and logging tools * Oracle Cloud: Knowledge to establish integrations (desirable) KEY COMPETENCIES * Analytical thinking for troubleshooting complex data flows across multiple systems * Ability to trace and map end-to-end data flow between applications * Proactivity in identifying and resolving issues before escalation to users * Meticulous attention to detail in data validations and reconciliations * Effective technical communication with teams across different platforms (.NET, PeopleSoft, CRM) * Prioritization management across multiple simultaneous integration incidents * Resilience under pressure when critical integrations fail * Ownership of the stability of the integration ecosystem * Clear and accurate documentation to facilitate handovers and knowledge sharing **Additional Information** Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
