Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Analyst Programmer to develop software aligned with business needs, document systems, and optimize all software layers. Key Highlights: 1. We are searching for the best talent for the position: IT Analyst Programmer **What do we expect from you?** A professional in Software Engineering / Systems Engineering or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Minimum 3 years of experience in: Web application development on the .NET platform. Database management. System development and implementation. Participation in development projects (corporate or individual). A) Technical Skills (Hard Skills) Databases Advanced-level SQL Server Table creation, stored procedures, triggers, functions, cursors, views, query and subquery optimization, complex queries. Frontend JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Bootstrap Development of responsive web applications. Backend Visual Studio / C# on .NET Framework 3\.5 (higher versions preferred). ADO.NET, LINQ, WebMethods, service integration. SOAP/ASMX, WCF, REST API consumption, JWT and Claims (preferred). Additional Technologies (Preferred) Modern frameworks: Angular 16\+ and/or React. Version control and deployment: Azure DevOps, Git. Python or other AI tools (preferred) B) Soft Skills: Analytical ability and logical thinking. Effective communication. Proactivity and results orientation. **What will be your responsibilities?** \- Develop software aligned with business needs. \- Properly document developed systems. \- Promote the use of Artificial Intelligence tools in projects. \- Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions. \- Optimize all software layers (database, backend, and frontend). \- Comply with and enforce internal procedures. \- Actively participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams. \- Manage development timelines and report progress. \- Ensure continuous proper functioning of systems **Requirements** * Minimum education: University graduate (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) * 2 years of experience Salary: S/.3,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
