Preparation of daily inspection reports for assigned construction sections, detailing progress and relevant findings. b. Tracking report of Technical Requests (TRs) for metal fabrications, including status and observations. c. List of activities rescheduled by the contractor, with impact analysis on the project schedule. d. Schedule tracking report for project areas requested by client supervision. e. Preparation of supporting documentation for planning and control (letters, schedules, databases, scenarios). f. Report on observations regarding contractor resources and performance, with improvement recommendations. g. Consolidated report of critical findings from daily inspections that may affect project progress. **Requirements** a. Academic level: Completed university degree b. Field of specialization: Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related disciplines. i. Knowledge of project management or planning ii. Proficiency in planning tools and methodologies. c. Minimum experience (years): 1\-3 years in electromechanical works at mining sites d. Technical competencies i. Inspection and supervision of electromechanical works ii. Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings iii. Management of schedules using MS Project, Primavera P6 iv. Preparation of technical reports. e. Soft skills: i. Effective communication and results orientation. ii. Teamwork and coordination ability iii.
