Join the best team and transcend with your talent as a **Middle Information Management Analyst.** **Your primary objective will be:** To optimize end\-to\-end collections processes within the Payment Solutions Tribe, identifying operational friction points, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities. This aims to improve management effectiveness, contactability, response times, and customer experience, while ensuring regulatory compliance and appropriate risk control. **How will you achieve this?** * Identifying, managing, and measuring operational risks that may impact operations. * Designing, updating, and optimizing operational and functional workflows for collections processes and supporting areas, driving automation initiatives. * Documenting and maintaining up-to-date processes, procedures, and business rules according to the area’s methodology, ensuring regulatory compliance and meeting SBS audit requirements. * Preparing information analyses and executive presentations for committees and management forums across various bank departments. * Providing methodological support in process management, continuous improvement, and standardization to tribe teams. * Identifying and implementing agile improvements that mitigate operational risks, strengthen controls, and ensure efficient, reliable, and sustainable management. **What do we require from you?** * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in database analysis. * Knowledge of SQL/Teradata, AWS, Oracle, Python, and SSIS SQL 2008 R2\. * Knowledge of Service Design, BPM/BPMN, and continuous improvement. * Methodologies: Agile, Design Thinking, and/or Scrum. * Advanced Office skills; Bizagi Modeler and Visio (intermediate level). **What do we offer you at Interbank?** An INcredible experience with our flexible work model “Interbank Eres” Development opportunities: growth paths and upskilling and reskilling tools at Interbank and across all companies within the Intercorp Group.
