You will guide and coordinate project teams, supporting their integration and growth. You will plan Workday configuration, lead and manage design review and prototyping sessions, and assist clients during data conversion or integration activities. You will be responsible for establishing robust business cases to drive technology enhancement and/or HR function modernization—clearly communicating the agenda, approach, and expectations to deliver strategic value to clients. Leveraging your experience, you will contribute specialized HR transformation expertise and provide recommendations to align projects with client strategies, as well as efficiently and innovatively resolve complex challenges. You will learn and apply Deloitte’s implementation methodology across all engagements.
