Job Summary: We are seeking Call Center Advisors to contact companies, offer products, use communication tools, and follow up with customers to close sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Follow up with interested customers We are looking for: Call Center Advisors \- PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? \- Contact companies from our database to offer products \- Use tools such as phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to generate commercial proposals. \- Follow up with interested customers and close sales. WHAT DO WE OFFER? \- Direct payroll registration under MYPE regulations \- Fixed salary PART-TIME: S/. 565\.00 \+ S/.50 (Exclusively for afternoon shift) \= S/.615 . Fixed salary FULL-TIME: 1400 \- Welcome bonus: S/.100 soles \- Paid training: S/.25 per day (4 days of training) \- Sundays and holidays always off WORKING HOURS (You choose your shift): \- Monday to Thursday: 2:00 pm \- 7:00 pm / Friday: 2:00 pm \- 5:50 pm \- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am \- 1:30 pm / Friday: 9:00 am \- 12:50 pm Full-time shift: 8:45 am \- 6:15 pm, Monday to Friday \- Surco \- Camacho (Opposite Jockey Plaza) \- SJL \- 5 minutes from Caja de Agua station (AFTERNOON SHIFT ONLY) WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY? \- Be at least 18 years old \- With or without experience (Experience in sales or customer service is a plus!) \- Genuine desire to learn and grow \- Positive attitude and verbal fluency \- Availability to work on-site and on a part-time schedule \- Valid DNI or C4 Salary: S/.615\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
