Ensures all activities are conducted in accordance with current internal standards, policies, and procedures. **What do we expect from you?** * Preferred Education: Completed university degree in related fields: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar. Preference given to specialized courses related to banking operations: Finance, Accounting, Administration, Human Resources. * Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Officer within the Branch Network, with appropriate expertise aligned to banking requirements, or as a Branch Manager B or C. * Required Knowledge: Intermediate proficiency in Excel; Commercial management tools; Credit policy and evaluation; Bantotal; ISTS; Workflow. **What challenges will you face?** * Develop the branch business plan based on local market analysis, including specific proactive outreach activities, plans for leveraging centers of influence, and participation—both yours and your team’s—in the influence zone. The business plan must also include strategies to acquire new customers through referrals from satisfied clients. * Ensure the quality of the Sales and Service Management Process implementation across the entire team during customer interactions. * Execute all standardized Leadership disciplines under the Commercial and Service Management Model, following the prescribed methodology (e.g., established templates, execution frequency, etc.), corresponding to responsibilities defined for each position under your supervision. These Sales and Service disciplines aim to ensure the branch’s commercial and service performance. * Disseminate and ensure correct application of applicable procedures, circulars, regulations, and rules governing branch operations. * Ensure branch profitability and actively manage growth of assigned customer portfolios, utilizing all bank-provided tools: Counselor, commercial window, active campaigns, commercial intelligence database, among others. * Agree with each team member on personal development goals tied to required behavioral and functional competencies, helping them formulate a detailed improvement plan to address identified gaps. * Stay updated—and ensure staff in your branch stay updated—on regulations directly affecting their roles (e.g., anti-money laundering, credit risk, etc.), as well as on bank products and services, thereby ensuring accurate information delivery to both internal and external customers and minimizing operational risk.
