Your primary objective will be to lead the analysis, design, development, and execution of functional, automated, and load tests—ensuring flawless production releases while collaborating closely with the Development and Scrum teams. What will be your main challenges? (Responsibilities) * **Lead QA Strategy:** Design, plan, and execute functional, load, and performance test scenarios for web, mobile, and microservices applications. * **Drive Automation:** Build and maintain scripts to automate testing of core business functionalities. * **Ensure Code Quality:** Oversee code audits and proper review of technical documentation. * **Agile Framework Facilitator:** Coordinate daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives for the SCRUM team, as well as train requirement owners. * **Release Management and Support:** Prepare production release documentation, track bug tickets, and provide support to external development teams. * **Continuous Innovation:** Research and propose new tools and products to optimize quality assurance processes. * **Management Culture:** Actively participate in continuous improvement and compliance with company standards (Quality, ISMS, OHSMS, BASC). What profile are we looking for? (Requirements) * **Education:** University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **4 years of proven experience** in software quality assurance (QA). * **Specialization:** Solid experience in functional, load, performance, and quality analysis testing for **microservices, web, and mobile** applications. * **Automation and Tools (Mandatory):** Proficiency in **JMeter, Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, and K6**. * **Technical Ecosystem:** Strong knowledge of Git/GitLab (continuous integration) and relational database management (**MySQL**). *MongoDB knowledge is a plus.* * **Methodologies:** Strong command of agile methodologies and SCRUM environments. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment from day one (general regime). * Statutory life insurance and EPS (voluntary). * Corporate benefits.
