Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Advanced operating system administration (Windows Server, Linux, macOS). * Management of physical and virtual servers (VMware, Hyper-V). * Configuration and monitoring of services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and databases (SQL Server, Oracle). * Server security: hardening, patch management, and access control. * ISO 27001 / ISO 20000 / ISO 22301 / NIST. * ITIL / MCSA 2016 / VMware VCP * Technology infrastructure management: Configure, install, and maintain servers, networks, operating systems, and other infrastructure components according to organizational needs. * Monitoring and problem resolution: Proactively monitor infrastructure to detect and resolve issues before they impact performance. Investigate and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and problems. * Preventive maintenance: Perform updates, patches, and security configurations on servers and operating systems to ensure stability and protection against threats. * Network management: Configure and administer network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Maintain network connectivity and security. * Data backup and recovery: Implement and maintain backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability in case of failures or disasters. * Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with development, security, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with other technological solutions. * Technology evaluation: Research and evaluate new technologies and tools that may improve infrastructure efficiency and performance. * Infrastructure security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect infrastructure against cyber threats and vulnerabilities. * Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure configuration, maintenance procedures, and implemented solutions. * Training and support: Provide technical training and support to users and internal staff regarding the technology infrastructure. **Requirements and Qualifications** * 3 years administering server infrastructures in corporate environments. * Resolution of performance, storage, and connectivity incidents. * Configuration and maintenance of virtualization and backup environments. * In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networks, and infrastructure components. * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and management tools. * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. * Communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment and respond to emergency situations. * Relevant certifications in infrastructure and security (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Cisco CCNA, among others) are beneficial.
