Analyze and produce deliverables or outputs in accordance with established requirements, proposing process improvement actions for assigned tasks. Actively participate in work meetings, presenting delegated scopes and aspects, and effectively supporting received requests or inquiries. Ensure correct procedural sequencing for acquiring required information, guaranteeing achievement of stated objectives for subsequent development. Prepare technical reports and documentation regarding the status of information technology systems and related projects. Manage incidents and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as implement improvements or new technological systems that contribute to optimizing institutional processes. Requirements Graduate or holder of a technical, bachelor’s, or professional university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. **Required Knowledge in:** Proficiency in Excel (functions, pivot tables, charts) Certificate or proof of IT Service Management (ITIL) training. **Desirable Knowledge in:** Documentation of functional and process requirements. Participation in system implementation or improvement projects. Proficiency in collaborative environments (Microsoft O365; Planner, Project, Jira [desirable]).
