In line with our growth, we seek to incorporate a professional who will strengthen our technological processes and contribute to institutional development. **Job Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications (Mandatory)** * Technical or University Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computing, Software, Systems, or Information Technology. * Specialized courses (minimum 20 hours) in at least one of the following topics: Databases, Data Modeling, Process Engineering, BPM, Business Intelligence, Power BI. **General Experience** * Minimum two years of work experience in the public or private sector. * Minimum two years of experience in roles such as: Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, Database Analyst, Programmer Analyst, Process Analyst. **Technical Knowledge** * UML diagramming (business and systems use cases) * Process diagrams using tools such as Bizagi, Draw.io, Trello, Visio, Miro * Data modeling (logical and physical) * Proficiency in SQL language (DML and DDL) * Queries on tables, stored procedures, functions, and triggers * Relational and unstructured databases * ETL processes * Technical documentation of objects and scripts * User documentation * Use case specifications * Scenarios for data migration * Application of data analytics methods * Definition of project scope and risks **Functions** · Develop functional diagrams for projects · Design improvements to business processes at the user level. · Coordinate requirement-gathering meetings. · Platform analysis document · Flowcharts, class diagrams, state diagrams · Technical diagrams of the platform at hardware and software levels. · Meetings with users to specify the developed diagrams. · Control of process flows related to execution of Stored Procedures, Triggers, and data migrations. · BI and analytics reports. · Files for controlling IT processes, including backups, restores, and testing.
