Knowledge of technical support and system management MSF CREATIVE, a marketing agency, is seeking a **SYSTEMS ENGINEERING ASSISTANT** for Surco. **Requirements:** * University graduate or bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in the role, including user support and enterprise process improvement. * Knowledge of the latest versions of Odoo ERP (experience in implementation, support, or customization is desirable). * Proficiency in common programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, among others. * Understanding of programming logic. * Knowledge of technical support and system management. * Analytical ability, incident resolution skills, and teamwork capability. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to **work** Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM, and Saturdays, 8 AM–11 AM in Surco (near Puente Benavides). **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Maintain control over databases, PCs, laptops, security systems, and cameras. * Report the equipment inventory ledger (Kárdex). * Address user incidents. * Support change implementation (implementation, training, and evaluation). * Code items for correct use of the proforma module. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Salary**: S/1,300 to S/1,800 Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you currently reside?
