Job Summary:
Execute administrative management and inventory control processes to ensure financial objectives and improvements at the AUNA Laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage administrative and financial processes.
2. Control inventory and supply of inputs.
3. Prepare reports and manage logistics documentation.

Execute administrative management processes to ensure achievement of financial objectives and identify improvement plans.
Accurately record and control inventory at the AUNA Laboratory, monitoring material and input inflows and outflows.
Generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders as required to supply the laboratory with necessary inputs and services for its operations.
Supply various laboratory departments with required materials and inputs according to schedule and within budget.
Prepare reports, statistics, and other documents related to administrative processes at the AUNA Laboratory.
Manage logistics documentation for AUNA Laboratories (RYR, POSAC, OG).

**Candidate**

* + Graduate of Technical Administration, Accounting, or related field.
* + Experience in administrative support roles.
* + Preferred: SAP ERP knowledge.
* + Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions.
