Position Summary: Supervise and manage farms and fruit crop areas, coordinating work teams and ensuring proper crop management, hygiene, and compliance with good agricultural practices. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive supervision and management of farms and fruit crop areas. 2. Leadership and coordination of field work teams. 3. Ensuring good agricultural practices, safety, and environmental protection. Supervise farms and fruit crop areas across various zones of Arequipa, ensuring proper crop management. Coordinate and direct the field work team, assigning and monitoring daily activities. Verify proper execution of irrigation, fertilization, and pest control tasks. Monitor the health and productivity status of crops, reporting incidents and progress. Ensure compliance with good agricultural practices, safety regulations, and environmental protection standards. Carry out environmental sanitation activities: disinfection, insect control, and rodent control. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
