Excellent work environment **Job Opening: Junior Architect – Dental Clinic Project** **IDENTICAL DENTAL CLINIC S.A.C.** is seeking a **Junior Architect**, recently graduated and duly licensed, to participate in the development and supervision of an infrastructure project for its new Dental Clinic location in Surco. **Position** **Junior Architect – Dental Clinic Construction Project** **Requirements** * Degree in Architecture. * Licensed and authorized to practice (mandatory). * Experience in construction, renovation, or construction supervision projects (including professional internships). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office. * Basic knowledge of municipal regulations, on-site safety, and project management. * Availability to conduct regular site visits. * Valid driver’s license preferred (not mandatory). **Responsibilities** * Support in drafting and updating architectural drawings and construction details. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and specialists involved in the project. * Monitor physical progress of the project. * Verify compliance with technical specifications, schedules, and quality standards. * Prepare periodic construction progress reports for Management. * Control quantity take-offs and assist in reviewing budgets and valuations. * Supervise compliance with on-site safety regulations. * Manage required technical documentation and procedures for project execution. * Support implementation of clinical environments in accordance with current health regulations. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Proactivity and initiative. * Problem-solving ability. * Effective communication. * Responsibility and commitment. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. **We Offer** * Direct participation in a dental clinic construction and equipment project. * Opportunity for professional development and accelerated learning. * Excellent work environment. * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with experience. * Potential for growth within the organization. **Work Location** **Identical Dental Clinic S.A.C.** Santiago de Surco, Lima \- Peru **Application** Interested candidates must submit an updated CV with the subject line: **"Junior Architect – Dental Clinic Project"** Attachments required: * Documented CV. * Valid license certificate. * Portfolio of projects (if available). **We seek energetic, committed professionals eager to grow by participating in a project that will enhance dental care for our patients.** Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Work modality: On-site employment
