We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented approach. **No prior experience in this field is required; however, candidates must be eager to learn, receive training, and develop professionally.** Responsibilities: * Conduct visits to assigned clients and service points. * Provide commercial advisory services and promote the product portfolio. * Develop and strengthen commercial relationships with clients. * Prospect new business opportunities and follow up on the assigned client portfolio. * Achieve commercial objectives and prepare management reports. * Participate in training programs with potential progression into the medical sales representative area. Requirements: * Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial management (desirable). * **No prior experience in medical sales (mandatory).** * Strong communication, negotiation, and client-interaction skills. * Proactive, responsible individuals with a continuous learning mindset. * Availability to perform fieldwork.
