Identification and reporting of unsafe acts and conditions **Junior SSOMA Assistant (Part-Time)** At AMBING, we are seeking a **Junior SSOMA Assistant (part-time)** to support the supervision of compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) standards during fieldwork, ensuring safe working conditions for personnel. **Position Details** * Employment Type: **Part-time** * Working Hours: **Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.** * Field-based work **Main Responsibilities** * Support field supervision of occupational safety and health. * Basic monitoring of a work team of approximately **5 people**. * Verification of **PPE usage** compliance according to activity. * Support in supervising **work-at-height activities**, following safety guidelines. * Identification and reporting of **unsafe acts and conditions**. * Assistance in preparing simple safety reports, progress updates, and incident reports. * Collaboration in implementing SSOMA procedures and standards. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in, recently graduated from, or holding a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * **SSOMA certification program (preferred or currently in progress)**. * Minimum **3 months of field, construction site, or related internship experience**. * Basic knowledge of work-at-height practices and safety standards. * Basic report-writing skills. **Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment to safety. * Orderliness and observational ability. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
