Comprehensive management of construction projects A construction company currently executing civil works in the city of Arequipa requires the support of a **CIVIL ENGINEER** for supervision of minor works. **REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Licensed Civil Engineer * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising minor civil works in Arequipa. * Proficiency in BIM methodology. * Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Project at an advanced level. * Management of subcontractors and suppliers. * Supervision of sanitary, electrical, and civil specialties. * Responsible for delivering agreed-upon deliverables to clients. * Supervision of material procurement processes and verification of quality compliance. * Responsible for preparing construction progress reports and budget control. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Formal employment with statutory benefits. * Remuneration aligned with market standards. * Career progression across various projects executed by the company. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday * Work location: City of Arequipa.
