Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Coordinator with leadership skills and commitment to supervise teams and ensure proper use of machinery, supplies, and facilities, as well as safeguard staff safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team leadership and personnel management in cleaning services 2. Proficiency in cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers) 3. Supervision of personal protective equipment, supplies, and occupational safety **We are offering the position of Cleaning Coordinator!** **Do you have experience leading teams and operating cleaning machinery?** **At Flashman, we want you to join our team.** **Location:** Chorrillos, Lima. **Schedule:** *Monday \- Sunday (Rotating days off)* 7:00 am \- 4:00 pm (S/. 1500\) 9:00 pm \- 6:00 am (S/. 1800\) **What We Are Looking For:** * Profile: Individuals with leadership qualities and commitment. * Experience: Proven track record in cleaning services and personnel management. * Technical Skills: Operation of cleaning machinery (vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers). * Administration: Basic Excel knowledge for supply and attendance reporting. **Responsibilities:** * Report operator attendance and punctuality. * Supervise and ensure operators wear properly maintained PPE. * Verify proper use of supplies and accessories, as well as correct operation of work equipment. * Supervise and ensure assigned storage areas for supplies, equipment, and accessories are in perfect condition and clean. * Ensure facility, furniture, and equipment safety, as well as operator well-being and peace of mind. * Supervise and maintain incident logs and submit reports to relevant departments. * Report workplace incidents and accidents to direct supervisor. * Promote staff participation in occupational safety and health matters. **Benefits:** Full payroll registration (General Regime) Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have? * How many people have you supervised? * Which shift are you interested in?
