Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to develop and implement marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, and create visual content, with a focus on achieving business objectives in the medical sector. Development and implementation of marketing strategies MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Proactive attitude, dynamism, and enthusiasm for teamwork. * Focus on achieving objectives. * Digital management of online platforms (website, email, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Lightroom, CapCut, Canva, etc). * Design and implement marketing strategies. * Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, ensuring achievement of business objectives. * Develop promotional materials targeted at medical equipment and sales teams. * Analyze market conditions, competitors, and trends to identify growth opportunities. * Design promotional campaigns and product launch strategies. * Propose events, training sessions, and activities targeting healthcare professionals and opinion leaders. * Manage marketing vendors, agencies, and budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization. * Analyze metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and propose improvements. * Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and social media. * Post design * Video recording and editing * Social media management * Content strategy REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Communication Sciences, Marketing, or related fields. * Preferred knowledge in Commercial Management, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and demonstrated skills in creating engaging content. * Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, ready to tackle communication challenges in dynamic environments. * Advanced Excel proficiency. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. WE OFFER: * First three months paid via honorarium receipt; fourth month onward under MYPE payroll regime (CTS, vacation benefits, bonuses). * Opportunity to join a solid and growing company. * Positive work environment * Salary: PEN 1,500 to PEN 2,000 per month, based on evaluation.
