




Job Summary: We are seeking a Delivery Driver to safely and efficiently distribute goods, maintain the vehicle and documentation in good order, and provide professional customer service. Excellent customer service and communication skills. **Delivery Driver Requirements** * Completed secondary education (technical studies preferred). * Valid driver's license for the assigned vehicle category (A\-I, A\-II or higher, as applicable). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery, distribution, or freight transportation driver. * Familiarity with delivery routes, streets, and service areas. * Knowledge of current traffic regulations and road safety standards. * Experience handling dispatch documentation, such as waybills, invoices, and delivery charge forms. * Good driving record, without serious or repeated violations. * Basic automotive mechanical knowledge to perform preventive vehicle inspections. * Ability to load and unload goods when required by operational needs. * Availability to work rotating shifts, overtime, or local trips as service needs dictate. * Responsible handling of goods and company-assigned assets. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established delivery deadlines. * Courteous customer interaction and strong communication skills. * High sense of responsibility, punctuality, honesty, and commitment. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and dispatch departments. **Delivery Driver Responsibilities** * Operate the assigned vehicle safely and responsibly, complying with traffic regulations and company policies. * Distribute and deliver goods to customers according to the assigned route and schedule. * Verify that cargo matches waybills, invoices, or other documents before commencing delivery. * Ensure proper transportation of goods, preventing damage, loss, or deterioration during transit. * Deliver products to customers and obtain confirmation via signature, stamp, or other method established by the company. * Conduct daily general vehicle checks (oil, coolant, fuel, tires, lights, brakes, etc.) before starting the shift. * Immediately report any mechanical failure, incident, or accident affecting vehicle operations. * Maintain the vehicle clean, orderly, and in optimal working condition. * Manage and safeguard all delivery-related documentation (waybills, invoices, delivery charge forms, and other documents). * Coordinate with logistics or dispatch departments regarding any incidents occurring during the route (delays, address changes, returns, etc.). * Load and unload goods when required by operational needs or assist the delivery assistant. * Adhere to scheduled delivery times, optimizing routes to ensure efficient service. * Safeguard goods and company-assigned assets throughout the workday. * Report returns, damaged or missing items, or any observations noted during deliveries. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and other internal company procedures. * Provide courteous and professional customer service, appropriately representing the company's image. **Benefits Provided by the Hiring Company** * All statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, family allowance) * Social Health Insurance (ESSALUD) * SCTR * Bi-monthly payments (on the 2nd and 17th of each month) * Workdays from Monday to Saturday.
