Job Summary: We are seeking professionals for a position in the private sector under the labor regime established by Decree Law No. 728, with a 48-hour weekly work schedule. Key Highlights: 1. Duration: 2026 Academic Year **1\.\- DOCUMENT SUBMISSION ORDER (in PDF format)** \- Documented Curriculum Vitae. \- Identity document (DNI or valid Foreigner’s ID Card). \- Bachelor’s degree certificate corresponding to the applied-for position. \- Academic degrees (Specialist, Master’s, Doctorate). \- Single Labor Certificate. \- SUNEDU or MINEDU validation, as applicable. \- Diplomas, certificates, and training courses relevant to the applied-for position (valid within the last three years). \- Work experience relevant to the applied-for position, evidenced by labor certificates or equivalent documents. \- Others (e.g., commendations, intellectual output, etc.). \- Professional references. \- Annex No. 4 Annex No. 5 Annex No. 6 Annex No. 7 **2\.\- ESSENTIAL CONTRACTUAL TERMS** ▪ Place of service delivery: Chorrillos, Lima ▪ Labor regime: Private labor regime, Decree Law No. 728 (Law on Labor Productivity and Competitiveness) ▪ Duration: 2026 Academic Year ▪ Work schedule: 48 hours per week, distributed over 8 hours daily. ▪ Monthly remuneration: Formal payroll registration with all statutory benefits, in accordance with salary policy. ▪ National Holidays and Christmas bonuses: One monthly salary per bonus (pro-rated based on months of contract). \- Compensation for Length of Service (paid twice yearly: May and November) \- Paid vacation leave \- Health insurance (ESSALUD) \- Life insurance mandated by law \- Family allowance, provided legal requirements are met. Other conditions \- No criminal, judicial records, nor ongoing prosecution related to offenses stipulated in Law No. 29988 or Law No. 30901\. Good physical and mental health. Not registered in REDAM.
