Responsible, proactive, and electricity-passionate talent **ELECTRICIAN E\-4** **Taller Resfer Manufacturing S.A.C.** is looking for an **Electrician E\-4** to join our team. We seek talent that is **responsible, proactive, and passionate about electricity**, eager to grow professionally. EDUCATION * Electrical technician, electrotechnology, industrial electricity, or related field. * Training in electrical safety and work on industrial/mining equipment. EXPERIENCE * Experience in industrial electrical maintenance and diagnostics. * Experience with motors, panels, sensors, and control circuits. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE * Interpretation of power and control electrical schematics and diagrams. * Starting and wiring three-phase motors. * Contactors, relays, timers, and electrical protections. * Measurement of voltage, current, continuity, and insulation resistance. * Fault diagnosis in wiring, components, sensors, and actuators. * Wiring of 12/24 VDC batteries, starters, and alternators. * Use of hand and power tools for assembly and maintenance. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Dismantling, installation, and wiring of electrical components. * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems. * Designing, assembling, and repairing electrical harnesses. * Performing alignment, cabling, and wiring of distribution boxes and electrical panels. * Conducting continuity, voltage, and correct connection tests. * Wiring three-phase motors, batteries, alternators, and starters. * Supporting equipment commissioning and testing. * Adhering to safety procedures and ATS. WORK CONDITIONS **Location:** Independencia – Lima **Compensation:** S/ 1,400 – S/ 1,800 monthly **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. BENEFITS * Formal payroll from day one under the **General Regime**. * Full social benefits: **Vacation, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), and Bonuses**. * Opportunity for growth and development. * Positive work environment.
