Coordination and leadership in emergencies **Description** **Offer** -------------------------- Provide timely and efficient medical care to hospital service users with warmth and professionalism. Conduct medical evaluations (daily medical progress notes), diagnoses, work plans, prescriptions, and requests for examinations and medical procedures promptly and effectively, in coordination with the attending physician and the hospitalist. Provide a complete medical handover report to the incoming on-call team. Activate and lead the blue code when required, immediately reporting to ICU/Emergency Department. Evaluate and approve key milestones (e.g., evaluate and approve institutional therapeutic preferences for the tumor under your leadership). Ensure all physicians on the team are aware of institutional preferences and best medical practices, and implement them. Develop, in collaboration with the health economics team, institutional preferences for specific technologies or pathologies. **Requirements** **Candidate** ------------------------------ * + Licensed medical surgeon, with valid professional competency certification. * + Minimum 2 years of experience after graduation (preferred). * + Minimum 1 year of inpatient experience. **Selection** **Process** ---------------------------- The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
