Job Summary: We are seeking a Gardener Operator for a country club responsible for garden maintenance, pruning, irrigation, and chemical application. Key Responsibilities: 1. Chemical application and garden fumigation A well-established company is looking for talent for the position of **Gardener Operator for Country Club**, meeting the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 03 months of experience as a gardener operator. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM / 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM (Sundays off) * Availability to work in Villa El Salvador **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform club garden and green area maintenance using appropriate techniques, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal functionality. * Prune plants. * Water plants and/or gardens. * Apply chemicals and perform garden fumigation. * Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/1300 * Family allowance: S/113 * Formal payroll from day one. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Free psychological support line. * Vacation bonus. * Corporate benefits. * Health and education loans. * School supply packages. * Ongoing training. * Career development path. * Pleasant work environment.
