Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate on technical work development alongside other professionals within the department. * Regularly collaborate on project development, ensuring optimal outcomes. * Ensure quality control by participating in and reviewing project deliverables prior to submission to the immediate supervisor (typically a junior and/or intermediate engineer). * Support the preparation of proposals for consulting services related to geotechnical assessment and design. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Civil Engineering with interest in geotechnics. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions and responsibilities. * Preferred knowledge of soil mechanics, laboratory testing, and elective courses related to geotechnics. * Preferred proficiency in at least one of the following software programs (or equivalent/similar): Slide, Slope/W, PLAXIS 2D, and FLAC. * Preferred intermediate-level English language skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and Civil 3D. \#Peru \#LI\-GL1 \#LI\-Hybrid **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 3**Job Posting** Jul 24, 2026, 2:04:03 AM
