Currently, we are looking for a: **Harvest Operations Coordinator**
**Your impact on our team:**
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the proper distribution of harvest personnel, managing and validating information related to their assignment, enrollment, attendance, and transportation. Your work will ensure that each worker is correctly placed in the corresponding operation and activity, contributing to the continuity and efficiency of harvest operations through appropriate information management and analysis.
### **Responsibilities**
* Plan and control harvest personnel distribution according to operational needs.
* Manage enrollment, attendance, and personnel assignment scheduling, ensuring continuity of harvest activities.
* Prepare and monitor productivity reports and indicators to support decision-making.
* Coordinate with field and transportation teams for proper personnel distribution and mobilization.
* Monitor operational incidents and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with the harvest plan.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization related to information management and productivity.
* Develop operational projections related to harvest planning.
* Verify compliance with procedures and guidelines of the Integrated Management System regarding food safety, quality, occupational health and safety, environment, secure trade, and ethics.
### **Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in roles related to planning, coordination, or analysis of agricultural operations, preferably in harvesting.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Power BI proficiency.
* Knowledge of agricultural operational costs and management.
* SAP ERP system experience (desirable).
* Experience in report automation and indicator analysis (desirable).
* **Location**: Chao, Trujillo.
* **Schedule**: Monday to Friday onsite; Saturdays until noon in remote mode.
