**Job Objective**
Plan, direct, and control the national pharmaceutical channel commercial management, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, market coverage, and brand positioning objectives through effective commercial team leadership and implementation of strategies oriented toward sustainable business growth.
**Requirements**.
* University graduate in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years of work experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Proficient user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Preferred specialization or diploma in Commercial Management, Sales Management, or Business Administration.
* University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.
* MBA preferred.
* Minimum 3 years leading regional or national sales teams.
* Proven experience negotiating with pharmacy chains and distributors.
* Experience managing budgets and developing commercial plans.
**Responsibilities**.
* Design and implement the annual commercial plan for the pharmacy channel.
* Lead, develop, and supervise the team of supervisors, sales representatives, and promoters.
* Set sales targets and continuously monitor performance indicators.
* Negotiate commercial agreements with pharmacy chains, distributors, and strategic customers.
* Analyze market data, consumer trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Manage the commercial budget and ensure efficient use of promotional resources.
* Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs departments to ensure proper execution of commercial strategies.
* Prepare sales forecasts, action plans, and performance reports for General Management.
* Ensure compliance with commercial policies, internal procedures, and applicable regulations.
