Job Summary: Provide technical and operational support in the execution of a sales room implementation project, ensuring compliance with standards under supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support daily construction supervision and progress control. 2. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and operational staff. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and knowledge of architectural finishes. **Job Objective** Provide technical and operational support in executing a 70 m² real estate sales room implementation project, ensuring compliance with drawings, schedule, quality, safety, and cost control under the supervision of the Resident Engineer or Project Manager. **Professional Profile** **Academic Qualifications** * Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Professional registration preferred (not mandatory for junior profiles). * Basic knowledge of Peruvian construction and safety regulations. **Experience** * 0–2 years of experience in site development, renovation, commercial offices, retail, or real estate projects. * Experience in supervision of finishes and light installations is desirable. **Main Responsibilities** * Support daily construction supervision and progress control. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and operational staff. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Maintain measurement, valuation, and material requirement records. * Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. * Support schedule control and milestone tracking. * Supervise compliance with safety and site order regulations. * Participate in material receipt and inventory control. * Coordinate observations and resolution of pending items for final handover. **Technical Knowledge** * Ability to read and interpret drawings. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in: AutoCAD, Excel, MS Project (preferred), SketchUp or Revit (preferred), cost control, and measurement. * Knowledge of: Architectural finishes, basic electrical and sanitary installations, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), cost control, and measurement. **Competencies** * Organization and follow-up. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Problem-solving. * Teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
