Job Summary: We are seeking a Machinery and Production Mechanics Technician to perform turning and milling operations on parts, verify quality, and optimize machining processes. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. **REQUIREMENTS**: \* Minimum education: Technician in Machine Tools and Production Mechanics. \* Minimum 3 years of experience. \* Ability to read engineering drawings. \* Experience in measurement, precision, calibration, and use of instruments such as micrometers, calipers, protractors, alexometers, and others. \* Experience in manufacturing components for hydraulic cylinders. \* Knowledge and experience in operating lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, and welding equipment. \* Ability to prepare and interpret mechanical part drawings to ensure precision in manufacturing and part reconditioning. \* Unique Labor Certificate (Certificado Único Laboral). \* Availability to work full-time and on-site in Comas (Caña Brava stop, Av. Trapiche). **RESPONSIBILITIES**: \* Verify that machines are operational and optimal for the manufacturing process. \* Inspect raw materials to be used. \* Select appropriate tools and inserts for machining. \* Perform turning and milling operations on parts according to manufacturing and/or maintenance work orders to ensure compliance with required design specifications. \* Read engineering drawings, identify parameters, and adhere strictly to dimensions/tolerances for machining. \* Verify product quality against drawing dimensions and correctly use measuring instruments. \* Improve machining cycle times. \* Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. \* Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and work tools. \* Comply with occupational safety and health regulations and procedures established by the organization. **BENEFITS**: \* Formal employment registration from day one. \* Statutory benefits. \* Continuous training and performance-based professional development opportunities. \* **Salary negotiable based on skills and experience** Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.2,500\.00 per month Application question(s): * INDICATE DATE OF BIRTH Work location: On-site employment
