Job Summary: Mini-loader Operator responsible for operating the equipment safely and efficiently, loading, transporting, and leveling materials on site, and inspecting and maintaining the equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate the mini-loader safely and efficiently 2. Load, transport, and level materials 3. Inspect and maintain the equipment in good condition Requirements \- Valid driver's license \- Certificate from a mini-loader operation course. \- Experience \- Completed secondary education. \- Residency in San Juan de Lurigancho (PRIORITY) Responsibilities: * Operate the mini-loader safely and efficiently, following established procedures. * Perform loading, transportation, and leveling of materials on site. * Conduct daily operational inspections of the equipment before starting work. * Report any mechanical defects or incidents related to the mini-loader. * Strictly comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Keep the assigned equipment clean and in good condition. * Coordinate scheduled field activities with the supervisor and foreman.
