Join the Holsalud S.A.C. team as a Nursing Technician: you will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, and you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized, and personalized care to our patients—ensuring optimal treatment that meets their specific needs. Responsibilities: Carry out the scheduled visit plan. Monitor vital signs and track administered and eliminated fluids per physician or nurse recommendations. Assist patients with feeding activities per physician or nursing recommendations. Perform duties in accordance with the Procedures Manual, Care Guidelines, and Medical Protocols. Provide skin care and repositioning per physician or nursing recommendations. Assist assigned patients with personal hygiene activities (bathing, oral hygiene, diaper changes) per physician or nursing recommendations. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ambulation, personal grooming, dressing) per physician or nursing recommendations. Ensure health care delivery according to the assigned shift (6h, 12h, or 24h). Use personal protective equipment during patient care. Internally report adverse events. Document performed procedures in nursing notes within the Clinical Record at designated times. Actively participate in internal training programs. Other duties inherent to the position. Requirements: Nursing Technician Minimum 2 years of experience. Experience providing patient care in clinics, hospitals, and home settings. Excellent communication skills.
