Position Summary: We are seeking a Nursing Technician to provide technical support for sexual and reproductive health services targeting migrant populations. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in technical support for sexual and reproductive health. 2. Focus on care for migrant populations. 3. Development of reports and management of supplies. "INPPARES is an organization with over 49 years of experience delivering comprehensive health services, with emphasis on sexual and reproductive health, through its educational and health services, aiming to contribute to improved quality of life for the population. In this instance, under the Safe Transit Project, a nursing technician is required to provide technical support services for the implementation, registration, monitoring, and systematization of sexual and reproductive health (SRH) interventions targeting migrant populations, through delivery of verifiable outputs. The deliverables are: **DELIVERABLE 1: Report on Implementation of Technical Support and Initial Monitoring of Supplies and Records** * Report on implementation of service records (including triage: blood pressure, weight, height, temperature, or other applicable parameters). * Consolidated report on consumption of medical supplies used in care for migrant populations (HIV/syphilis tests, contraceptives, treatments, clinical materials, etc.). * Report on systematization of supply requirements necessary for continuity of services. * Report on conditions of the service space relative to basic biosafety and operational criteria. * Consolidated report on services recorded during the period. **DELIVERABLE 2: Report on Execution of Technical Support and Supply Management** * Consolidated report on consumption of medical supplies during the period. * Report on projection and requirements of supplies based on service demand. * Report on conditions of the service environment, considering biosafety criteria. * Consolidated report on services recorded, including basic analysis of generated information. **DELIVERABLE 3: Final Report on Supply Management, Recordkeeping, and Technical Support Services** * Final consolidated report on supply consumption during the contractual period. * Report on projected requirements for operational continuity of services. * Report on systematization of cleaning, disinfection, and handling procedures for materials and instruments. * Final report on services recorded, including comparative analysis across periods. * Report on lessons learned and recommendations to optimize technical support management in SRH services. **Education:** ● Nursing Technician or Bachelor of Nursing Competencies: ● Minimum general experience of 1 year in health and/or sexual and reproductive health care. ● Minimum 1 year of experience providing sexual and reproductive health care to low-income women and/or migrants. ● Experience in health campaigns, with emphasis on sexual and reproductive health. ● Desirable experience providing care to migrant women in the Tumbes border area. ● Immediate availability. ● Residence in Tacna **Skills:** ● Effective and assertive communication ● Empathetic interpersonal relationship ● Professional ethics, punctuality, and responsibility ● Teamwork ● Initiative, proactivity, and dynamism ● Collaborative attitude and sense of urgency ● Organization and planning **Payment by Deliverables:** 3 months, from April to June 2026 **First Deliverable:** S/ 1,500 Date: 30/04/2026 Second Deliverable: **S/ 2,500** Date: 29/05/2026 Third Deliverable: **S/ 2,300** Date: 30/06/2026 Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
