Guarantee high standards of quality and customer service We are looking for top talent to fill the position of **OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (NURSING)**: **What will be your main challenge?** To lead, organize, and supervise the operational activities of our services, ensuring efficient allocation of nursing staff, supply control, and compliance with high standards of quality and service for our clients. Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or licensed nurse (mandatory). * **Specialization:** Preferred qualifications include studies, diplomas, or courses in Health Services Administration, Operations Management, Occupational Health, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** leading or coordinating healthcare teams. * **Tools:** Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) (required for shift scheduling and reporting). * **Key Skills:** Leadership, excellent assertive communication, strong problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and customer orientation. **Responsibilities:** * **Personnel Management:** Develop and manage staff schedules, working hours, coverage, and replacements. * **Site Supervision:** Monitor proper functioning of assigned areas and coordinate operational execution of health campaigns. * Direct coordination with the medical directorate. * **Performance Indicator Management:** Periodically report key performance indicators for the operations area.
