Orthodontist – SAN BORJA At Digital Smiles, a rapidly growing dental clinic with locations in Surco and Miraflores, we are looking for an Orthodontist to join our team on a Part\-Time (three times per week) or Full\-Time basis. We seek a professional with solid training, excellent patient interaction skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, personalized, results-oriented care. Requirements: Professional degree in Orthodontics. Valid dental license and registration. Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing comprehensive orthodontic cases. Strong service orientation, empathy, kindness, and punctuality. Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented profile. Technical proficiency and manual dexterity to perform procedures efficiently and to high quality standards. Desirable: Comfort communicating on camera and participating in digital content. Key Responsibilities: Perform specialized orthodontic treatments with personalized, ethical, and meticulous care. Evaluate, diagnose, and propose comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Strictly adhere to clinical protocols and quality standards established by the clinic. Build patient trust through clear, empathetic, and professional communication. Contribute to effective conversion of evaluations and estimates into active treatments.
