Job Summary: We are seeking a Plant Manager to supervise operations, improve production processes, and ensure the proper execution of work in the metal-mechanical sector. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking for a **Plant Manager** who meets the following profile: **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for supervising all plant personnel activities and resolving critical situations to ensure proper execution of scheduled work both on-site and at the plant. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university graduate in Industrial Engineering / Administration or related fields. * Desired: courses in Occupational Health and Safety. * Basic Microsoft Office training. * Minimum 3 years as a plant operator or similar role. * Preferred: 1 year as Plant Manager in this industry. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor all activities related to the production process both inside and outside the plant, in accordance with company-wide guidelines. * Direct and control process improvements within the plant, aligned with quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention standards. * Schedule and coordinate material requisitions. * Control production increases, asset capacity, and costs while maintaining quality standards. * Supervise operations and implement corrective actions as required. * Review and approve purchase requests for projects both inside and outside the plant. * Review weekly payroll, petty cash, and contractor valuations under their supervision. * Prepare and submit daily work schedules for field activities. * Prepare reports based on visits conducted to various project sites. * Supervise and manage work units under their responsibility. **BENEFITS:** * Opportunity for growth and learning. * Positive work environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Willingness to work in Chosica.
