




Position Summary: SIMED PERÚ is seeking a dynamic Local Procurement Assistant to manage the full procurement cycle and coordinate with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of the local procurement cycle. 2. Coordination and negotiation with suppliers. 3. Operation of procurement platforms and data analysis. We are currently seeking top talent to join our team as: **Local Procurement Assistant.** Responsibilities: * Daily tracking and submission of local purchase invoices to the accounting department via the Procurement Platform, ensuring all documentation and supporting evidence is complete. * Monitoring the status of goods and services purchase orders. * Coordinating with suppliers on delivery dates for goods and services, as well as warehouse receipt. * Maintaining up-to-date records related to local procurement. * Conducting supplier evaluation and selection in accordance with established policies and the ISO 9001 and ISO 37001 Management Systems\. * Requesting quotations and negotiating spot and local purchases, preparing comparative tables and submitting recommendations to direct supervision for approval. * Administering and maintaining the Procurement Platform, ensuring continuous cleanup of requirements and information to avoid confusion and lack of traceability. * Maintaining Power BI management indicator (KPI) reports. * Complying with policies, procedures, and guidelines established in the organization’s implemented Management Systems, aligned with SIMED Perú’s ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, and ISO 14001 standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics roles, independently managing the full procurement process cycle. * Dynamic individual capable of teamwork, working under pressure, fluent communication, responsibility, initiative, and commitment. * Availability to work onsite in the district of Magdalena del Mar. * Advanced Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools. **Offered:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage under the Additional Plan from the start of employment. * Statutory profit-sharing. ***Our company promotes socio-labor inclusion of persons with disabilities.
