Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible production assistants to support metalworking processes, maintain order, and comply with safety and quality regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in production processes and material management at the plant. 2. Maintenance of cleanliness and order in the production area. 3. Assistance to operators in assembly and processing tasks. We are a metalworking company specializing in tunnel and slope support for mining, and we require production assistants. REQUIREMENTS: Immediate availability One year of experience in steel transformation or similar companies (not mandatory) Proactivity, organization, and responsibility Availability for rotating shifts. Availability to work from Monday to Saturday Basic handling of manual and industrial tools. Responsibilities: Support production processes following supervisor instructions. Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of materials within the plant. Inspect and organize raw materials and finished products in work areas. Maintain cleanliness and order in the production zone. Comply with company-established safety and quality standards. Assist operators or technicians in assembly, mixing, or processing tasks as required.
