Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced procurement leader in biomedical equipment for hospital projects, responsible for organizing and supervising the procurement team and processes.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields**.
* **Courses or diplomas** in procurement management, strategic negotiation, sourcing, or supply chain management.
* **Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement of biomedical equipment** for hospital projects (public or private).
* **Proven experience leading work teams** (supervision, task assignment, performance monitoring and evaluation).
* Knowledge of technical specifications, technical sheets, and EETT (desirable).
* Proficiency in tools: Advanced Excel, SAP (desirable), Power BI (desirable).
* Intermediate/advanced English (desirable).
**Job Responsibilities:**
* **Lead, organize, and supervise** procurement team activities, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and evaluating performance to ensure timely achievement of objectives.
* **Identify operational risks** in procurement processes and develop preventive and corrective action plans for proper mitigation and control.
* **Supervise** supplier evaluation and selection processes conducted by analysts, ensuring selected suppliers meet required quality, cost, and timeliness standards.
* **Supervise negotiations** with national and international suppliers, aligning commercial terms (price, delivery schedules, warranties, after-sales support) with project objectives and needs.
