Safety training sessions and talks **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in SSOMA-related functions within construction projects. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental, and Risk Management regulations. * Proficiency in SSOMA documentation, inspections, and report preparation. * Ability to conduct safety inductions, training sessions, and talks. * Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office). * Willingness to work in Piura (Miraflores Country Club Urbanization). * Immediate availability **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards on site. * Conduct periodic inspections and follow up on corrective actions. * Prepare SSOMA management reports and indicators. * Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Conduct inductions, safety training sessions, and talks. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose preventive measures. * Ensure compliance with applicable current legal regulations for the project. * Report occupational accidents and incidents. **BENEFITS** * Formal payroll from day one * Labor benefits under the Microenterprise Regime. * Integration meetings. * Career development and growth opportunities Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
