Ensuring compliance with standards and quality **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise commissioning activities of services in healthcare facilities. * Verify proper operation of equipment, systems, and installations prior to operational commencement. * Conduct inspections, operational tests, and monitor compliance with project technical specifications. * Prepare reports and communicate incidents, observations, and improvement opportunities. * Coordinate with supervision teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. * Ensure adherence to procedures, safety regulations, and established guidelines for project execution. **Minimum Requirements:** * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Management Engineering, Health Administration, Health Services Management, or related fields. * Minimum three (3) years of professional experience, counted from obtaining a bachelor's degree or equivalent. * At least two (2) years of experience in commissioning activities within contracts for execution or supervision of investments in healthcare facilities. * Availability for fieldwork and on-site supervision. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in hospital or health infrastructure projects. * Organizational skills, teamwork ability, and technical report writing capability. * Communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
